                渦流分選機

                 

                渦電流分選(Eddy current separationECS)是利用物質電導率不同的一種分選技術,其分選原理基於兩個重要的物理現象:一個隨時間而變的交變磁場總是伴生一個交變的電場(電磁感應定律);載流導體產生磁場(畢奧一薩伐爾定律)

                工作時,在分選磁輥表面產生高頻交變的強磁場,當有導電性的有色金屬經過磁場時,會在有色金屬內感應出渦電流,此渦▓電流本身會產生與原磁場方向相反的磁場,有色金屬(如銅、鋁等)則會因磁場的排斥力作用而沿其輸送方向向前飛躍,實現與其它非金屬類物質的分離,達到分選的目的;其主要區分判據是物料導電率和密度的比率值,比率值高的較之比率低的物料更易分離。

                 

                 

                Eddy Sorter

                 

                Eddy current separation (ECS) is the sorting technology that use the difference of material conductivity, its separation principle is based on two important physical phenomena: a time-varying alternating magnetic field is always associated an alternating electric field (law of electromagnetic induction); current-carrying conductor generates a magnetic field (Biot - Savart Law).

                When the device is working, high-frequency alternating magnetic field generated on the surface sorting magnetic roller, the conductive non-ferrous metal through the magnetic field, it will induce eddy current in the non-ferrous metal, and this eddy current will force magenetic field that is opposite of the orginal magenetic field, the non-ferrous metal(as copper, aluminum, etc.) will direction leap forward along the conveying because of the repulsion of the magnetic field, that achieve the separation of other non-metallic substances, and realize the purpose of sorting. It’s main distinguishing criterion is the material conductivity and density ratio value, the higher ratio material is easier to separate than the lower.
