                雙室鋁屑爐

                 

                 熔屑原理:

                利用鋁水泵輸送鋁水,在側井內形成一個吸料漩渦,將鋁屑等輕薄料吸入鋁水內熔化,降低熔化燒損。

                設備組成:

                熔爐部分:加熱室、側井(熔化室)、鋁水泵、扒灰室、蓄熱燒嘴。

                鋁屑輸送預熱線組成:篩桶、螺旋料倉、提升機、甩幹機、烘幹機、高溫磁選機、煙氣處理爐等。

                 

                煙氣預熱、處理特點:

                1、利用爐膛煙氣和煙氣焚燒熱量雙路預熱自動控制。在煙氣預熱過程中,各個入口均采用密封處理,最大限度地減少空氣進入烘幹桶,減少預熱煙氣的排放量,提高預熱效率。

                2、由於烘幹後的煙氣含有大量的充分燃燒的有機物,需要對其升溫至800℃以後在排放處理,采用公司專利技術——不換向的蓄熱燒嘴可以將排放的煙氣中的能量大幅回收,重新用於煙氣的焚燒,最高可節能50%以上。

                 

                Dual-chamber Aluminum Scrap Furnace

                Melting scrap principle:

                Use aluminum water pump to deliver aluminum water and form a suction vortex in the side of the well. The aluminum scrap and other lightweight materials sucked into the aluminum water to melt, lower the melting burning.

                Equipment consists of:

                Furnace parts: the heating chamber, lateral wells (melting chamber), aluminum water pump, Ash discharge chamber, regenerative burners.

                Aluminum scrap pre-delivery hotline: the sieve drum, spiral silos, elevators, drying machine, dryer, high-temperature separator, flue gas treatment furnace.

                Flue gas preheating and handling features:

                1, Use furnace flue gas and flue gas incineration heat to realise dual preheat automatic control. In the flue gas preheating process, each entry are sealed, that minimize air into the drying tub, reduce emissions of preheated flue gas, and improve preheat efficiency.

                2, As the flue gas which after drying contains a lot of incomplete combustion of organic matter, need to heat it to 800 to discharge. Uses patented technology – Non-commutative regenerative burner can substantial recovery the energy in flue gas, and re-use in flue gas incineration, thus energy saving can be maximum to over 50%.
